Our Front Office Manager Kim, has been with us since day one. She attended Ohio University and Ohio State University, and formerly held a Life and Health Insurance License for 10 years. After 15 years of working in banking and insurance, Kim decided it was time for a change. She decided it was time to overcome her lifelong fear of the dentist and go to work for one. It worked!

“I enjoy working with people and I think my own past fears have made me more compassionate with patients that come in and are obviously nervous. I want everyone that comes in to feel like family.”

A resident of Westerville, Kim and her husband of 38 years, have 3 adult children and love traveling, home renovations and spending time with their 5 grandchildren.

  • Faith

Faith came to us with a long history of serving others. After many years as a Nurse’s Aide, working with special needs adults and the elderly, she decided it was time for a change and she pursued a degree in Dental assisting. Her love for people made her transition to Patient Care Coordinator an easy one.

“I love helping people, especially those with special needs feel safe and comfortable. My brother has Down Syndrome and I am particularly compassionate about making sure they have the extra special attention they deserve. I want to make people feel comfortable and enjoy coming to the dentist.”

Faith her husband and son Henry and 2 fur babies love spending time outside, camping, hiking and renovating their new house.
